Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation The ideal candidate must have 2 years of litigation experience. Should be a member in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona. Should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and computer abilities. Should have experience researching and drafting legal briefs, working on and arguing various law and motion matters in court, and both taking and defending depositions. Should have experience with legal research, drafting of motions, and discovery; and have deposition and courtroom experience (trial experience is a plus). Experience with legal research, drafting of motions, and discovery needed. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and computer ability are essential.
